Agent Builder Studio: How Agencies and BPOs Build, Brand and Sell AI Agents Without Code
AgentCX Labs launches Agent Builder Studio, a prompt-based, white-label AI agent builder that runs on the infrastructure agencies and BPOs already own. Founding Beta open.
Most agencies selling AI today are not building anything. They are reselling someone else's voice agent behind a logo. That works until a client asks for something the vendor does not offer, or until the vendor changes its pricing and the agency's margin disappears overnight.
Agent Builder Studio exists to fix that. Yesterday we announced it publicly in a press release distributed through EIN Presswire. This post is the longer version: what Studio is, why we built it as an orchestration layer rather than another AI vendor, and what it means if you run an agency or a BPO.
What we announced
Agent Builder Studio is a prompt-based environment for building AI agents on the infrastructure an agency already owns. You describe the agent you need in plain language. Studio assembles it on your own AI providers, your own model keys and your own data, then delivers it to your client under your brand.
It is open now as an invite-only Founding Beta. The first agent type built in Studio, a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, is live today for every AgentCX Labs customer.
The full announcement is on EIN Presswire. The rest of this post explains the thinking behind it.
The problem with white-label AI dashboards
The white-label AI market for agencies has grown up around dashboards. A dashboard takes an agent that someone else built, wraps it in your colors and domain, and lets your client log in. That solves one real problem: your client never sees the vendor's name.
It leaves three problems untouched.
You cannot build anything. If a client needs an agent that reads their support inbox, updates their CRM and posts a summary to Slack, a voice dashboard has no answer. You either turn down the work or stitch it together by hand.
You do not own the infrastructure. Your agents run on the vendor's LLM account, the vendor's vector store and the vendor's rate limits. Their cost increase is your margin decrease, and you find out when the invoice arrives.
You are locked to one provider. Voice quality, latency and pricing differ sharply between providers, and the best fit changes by client. Most dashboards support one or two.
We built AgentCX Labs as an orchestration layer for exactly this reason. You bring your own voice, SMS and WhatsApp agents from NLPearl, Retell, Vapi and ElevenLabs, connect your own LLM accounts, and run all of it from one white-labeled platform. Agent Builder Studio extends that model from connecting agents to building them.
How Agent Builder Studio works
Studio has three steps, and none of them involve code.
1. Describe the agent
Type what the agent should do, or start from a template. A typical prompt reads like a job description: "Answer inbound support emails for a dental practice using their FAQ and appointment policy. Escalate anything about billing to a human." Studio drafts the complete agent from that description: the model choice with a written rationale, the knowledge base it needs, the actions it can take, and the system prompt that governs it.
2. Review the plan
Nothing deploys automatically. Every element Studio drafts is shown to you and is editable. Change the model, tighten the guardrails, swap a knowledge source, remove an action. When the plan reads the way you want the agent to behave, you approve it.
3. Deploy it to a client
Assign the agent to a client subaccount with your branding. Your client sees every task and outcome in their own portal, under your name and your domain. They never see AgentCX Labs.
Built on infrastructure you already own
This is the part that makes Studio different from a dashboard, so it is worth being specific.
- Bring your own LLM. Connect the accounts you already have with Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or Mistral. Model costs and rate limits stay on your accounts, visible to you, priced by you.
- Bring your own voice and messaging agents. Phone, SMS and WhatsApp agents from NLPearl, Retell, Vapi and ElevenLabs run side by side in the same branded dashboard. Pick the provider per client.
- Your knowledge, your database. Vectors and knowledge bases live in Supabase or Pinecone accounts you control. If you ever leave, your data leaves with you.
- White-label everything. Custom domains, client subaccounts, per client module control, and your own Stripe billing. The client relationship and the client's payment are yours.
For agencies, this means your margin is set by your pricing minus your actual infrastructure cost, not by a vendor's markup. For BPOs, it means agents can run inside the compliance and data boundaries your clients already require, because the data never leaves accounts you own.
What is live today: the Web Chat Agent
The first agent built in Studio is a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, and it is available now to every AgentCX Labs customer.
Set the greeting, primary color, logo and font. Load a system prompt and up to 20,000 characters of client knowledge, roughly eight pages. Point the widget at your own subdomain with a single CNAME record so even the install code carries your brand. Then paste one script tag on the client's website. Human handoff, an optional webhook to your CRM or helpdesk, and lead capture before handoff are built in.
It is deliberately the simplest agent type to ship first. It proves the pipeline works end to end: describe, review, deploy, brand, bill. The Founding Beta is now focused on the agent types that need that pipeline most: CRM agents, email support agents, document processing agents, research and enrichment agents, and Slack co-workers.
Who Agent Builder Studio is for
Agencies that already sell marketing, web or automation services and want to add AI agents as a productized line without hiring engineers. Studio lets you scope, build and deliver an agent inside the same platform you already use for voice and messaging.
BPOs that need AI agents to work alongside human teams, under client-specific compliance, at volume. Bring-your-own infrastructure means each client's data stays in accounts you control, and per client module control means one client can have voice plus email agents while another has chat only.
Resellers and consultants who want to sell a full AI service catalog under one brand rather than reselling four different vendors with four different logins.
Founding Beta: how to get in
Agent Builder Studio is open as an invite-only Founding Beta. First cohorts onboard from the existing AgentCX Labs customer base, and launch pricing is locked for founding members.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to write code to use Agent Builder Studio?
No. You describe the agent in plain language, review the plan Studio drafts, and deploy it to a client subaccount. Every element is editable through the interface.
Which AI models can I use?
Studio connects to your own accounts with Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or Mistral. You choose the model per agent, and costs stay on your account.
Does Studio replace my voice agents from Retell, Vapi, NLPearl or ElevenLabs?
No. Those agents keep running in the same branded dashboard. Studio adds the ability to build non-voice agents alongside them.
What is live right now?
The Web Chat Agent is available to all AgentCX Labs customers today. Other Studio agent types are being built with founding members during the beta.
Is the Web Chat Agent fully white-labeled?
Yes. Branding, custom subdomain via CNAME, your own powered-by text and link, and a single script tag install. End clients never see AgentCX Labs.
How do I join the Founding Beta?
Request access on the Agent Builder Studio page. First cohorts come from current customers, and founding members lock in launch pricing.
